Some important rules!

1) PUNCTUALITY

Due to the high number of people, we unfortunately cannot accept any delay in the return of your vehicle

Plan to be at the agency at least 15 minutes before the time of return provided in the contract in order to proceed with the formalities of return

In case of delay, a penalty of one additional day's rental at the counter rate (higher than the reservation rate) is applied.

2) RETURN THE VEHICLE WITH A FULL TANK

Your contract is supposed to be concluded "full to full" i.e. the vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel

If this is not the case, in addition to the higher-than-average price per liter in the airport or railway sector, we will apply an administrative fee to compensate for the agency's disorganization

We recommend you to fill up your tank within 15km from the agency in order to return the vehicle in 8/8 and benefit from the best price

If you have left with a partially filled tank, it is imperative that this is mentioned on the departure contract, otherwise you risk being charged and we can only refer to the signed contract. In case of doubt on the contract, we invite you to fill up the tank and we will reimburse you after checking with the agency.

3) CHECK THE GENERAL STATE OF CLEANLINESS

If the vehicle is returned in an abnormally dirty state (waste, sand, stains, animal hair, cigarette odors,...) we will apply a cleaning fee

To avoid this, we invite you to anticipate the return of the vehicle in an acceptable state of cleanliness
