OVERVIEW - COLLECT THE CAR

Some important rules!



1) PUNCTUALITY
Due to the high number of people, we will only hold your reservation for 30 minutes after the scheduled time of reservation
In case of delay independent of your will (delay of train, plane,...) we unfortunately cannot guarantee your reservation and it will be up to you to turn over to the third party responsible for your damage for any compensation
If you pick up the vehicle more than 30 minutes before the scheduled time an additional day is automatically charged

2) MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
Original valid driver's license (no copies) and a valid ID (passport, ID card)
A VISA / MASTER credit card in the name of the main driver or an additional driver
To save time, your reservation number

Please note
No copy of the driver's license is accepted: an original is required
Only the drivers registered in the contract are covered by the insurance
Check with your bank to make sure you have enough funds for the pre-authorization
We do not accept AMEX, DINERS CLUB, UNION PAY or deferred debit cards


3) IMPORTANT CONTROLS
During busy periods, our staff may give you the keys to carry out your own inventory of fixtures on departure.
It is then imperative to inform us before leaving the parking lot of any difference between the contract and the vehicle on the following points
- the registration
- the fuel level
- the number of kilometers of departure
- the general state of the bodywork
- the state of cleanliness of the vehicle is abnormally below the expected standard
Indeed, charges are applied :
- if the fuel level on the return journey is not identical to the level on the departure journey
- if the number of kilometers driven exceeds the contractual fixed price
- if new damages are noticed on the vehicle
- if the vehicle is returned in an abnormally dirty state (sand, encrusted stains, animal hair,...)
The contract is binding and we insist on the fact that it is imperative to correct these elements before leaving

4) KEEP YOUR CONTRACT (SENT TO YOU BY EMAIL)
The contract is sent to you by email by no-reply@rentscape.com automatically after your departure
If you don't receive it... check your spams... or contact your rental agency :-)
Keep it, it will be asked by our customer service for any question
