Some important rules!
1) CONTRACT MODIFICATION
- For any contract modification you can contact by email your departure agency
- Caution ! If you do not receive a reply from the agency, the initial conditions will apply.
- We cannot guarantee a contract extension at the initial price: the pricing system is dynamic and constantly evolves according to supply and demand
2) ASSISTANCE
- During their opening hours, the agencies are the most able to assist you quickly whatever your problem is
- Outside of opening hours, you have an assistance number, written on the top left of your contract
- If you encounter a problem with the assistance contract outside of opening hours, please send an email
- In any case, do not incur any expenses without a formal agreement from the customer service or the manager of your departure agency, without which we do not guarantee any coverage**.
3) COLLISION AND THEFT
- Any theft or new damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately to your departure agency
- Any damage involving a third party must be reported in writing and the original must be given to the agency
- If the third party has fled, it is your responsibility to file a complaint with the competent authorities (police, gendarmerie)
4) TRAVEL TO ANOTHER COUNTRY
- The coverage and the assistance contract are only valid in Metropolitan France
- Extended coverage can be purchased at the time of departure (and not during the course of the contract) if you plan to leave the country
